Job Description for Benefits Customer Service Role:

Candidate will be providing customer service support for a health client and welfare plans using web-based systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting issues.

Hours: Mon-Fri: 6am - 7pm availability (30-40 hrs/Week)

Pay: $15.75-$16

Location: Tempe

Qualifications for Benefits Customer Service Role:
  • 1 year customer service/call center experience (any industry - if in the medical/benefits space ideal, not required)
  • Customer Service via phone is highly preferred but customer service via face to face (i.e. retail, restaurant) will also be considered.
  • Type over 30 WPM
  • Microsoft Windows experience
