Job Description:
In this job the Technical Support Representative will provide Technical assistance and support regarding their product line. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction.


During Training Hours:
9am - 5pm M-F (6-8 weeks long)

After Training Hours:
10am - 6pm M-F. After about 6 months they would also be put into the rotation to cover Saturday which would be working from home and covering the hours of 10am - 6pm

****Must be flexible to work schedules anywhere form 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 or 12-8 and once trained will be part of a rotating team of 4 to cover Saturdays 10-6 from home***
