Contract to Hire
This position is also required to lift smaller steel parts and sheets up to 50 lbs., by hand.
Material Handler 1st Shift : 7 AM - 3 PM : $13/hr
Material Handler 2nd Shift : 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM : $13/hr
General Labor 2nd Shift : 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM : $12/hr
Interview Information: Candidates will be able to start upon clearing all compliance (Drug Test, BackGround, Physical).
Additional Compensation: Employees will be receive at minimum a $1/hr pay increase upon going permanent. Employees will receive up to $100 for the purchase of metatarsal boots upon going permanent.
Additional Information: Disqualifiers- Candidates that do not have any manufacturing experience.
This is a great opportunity with a growing company in Winder. They supply materials to CAT and as long as the construction industry continues to boom they will have needs.
The Packer is responsible for packaging processed material coming off machine lines and readying it for shipment to customers.
In addition, the Packer/Grinder may be called upon to perform other duties within the warehouse, as needed. Employees use hand tools, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
