Aerotek is currently seeking a full time contract to hire Structural Technician to join our team in Windsor Locks, CT. Starting compensation of $25.00- $30.00 per hour based on experience.
Structural Technician will troubleshoot, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft sheet mental components, composites and hydraulics.
Technician will have the opportunity for detailed rebuilds and structural modifications that are only done at the MRO facility.
this particular team will be working closely with avionics technicians in complicated modifications and upgrades.
Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- 5+ years
- Any type of previous aircraft sheet metal experience is applicable (corporate, commercial, military)
- Be able to repair and fabricate sheet metal. strong blueprint reading required.
- A&P highly preferred but not necessary
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Uniform provided
