Meet our leadership team.

Amir Al-Ajooz is Director of Sales Operations at Aerotek. Amir is responsible for leading Aerotek’s European Life Sciences division, including Belgium and Germany.

With almost 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Amir originally joined Allegis Group EMEA as a recruiter with Aston Carter where he swiftly progressed his career. He later moved to the Manchester office to grow the TEKsystems business before taking up his current role with Aerotek in 2015. 

As Director of Sales Operations, Amir is responsible for the long term strategic direction of the business, the day-to-day operations of a team of high performing sales people and delivery to Aerotek’s clients. Under his leadership the business has grown from strength to strength. Amir believes this success is down to strong customer focus and relationship building with candidates and clients alike.

Amir holds a first class Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Management from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Amir comes from Welsh-Iraqi heritage. Unfortunately for him he is also a Newcastle United season ticket holder!

Phil Rose is a Principal Consultant within Aerotek’s Life Sciences division. He specialises in placing contractors within clinical operations. He started his career at Allegis Group EMEA as a recruiter for Aston Carter

Phil is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 10 years’ experience specialising in capital market solutions focused on the temporary/contract staffing industry. His experience stems globally with knowledge and experience across the UK and Mainland Europe markets as well as the US and APAC. He has worn many hats in the recruitment industry, from IT to finance to life sciences. He is confident in his ability to help assess and execute on the recruitment needs of his clients and candidates. He helps to simplify the resourcing of key projects.

Phil currently manages the Clinical Operations Team at Aerotek and prides himself in being able to deliver the highest quality candidates and meet deadlines as well as to effectively partner with his clients by having an open and honest dialogue. To Phil, recruitment is about going the extra mile, something which he knows his team will always do. 

Phil is an avid golf fan and proud father to Alfie.

Abby Fox is a Senior Consultant within Aerotek’s Life Sciences division. She works with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations professionals, helping to place them in permanent roles within their respective fields throughout Europe. Abby treats all her candidates and clients to excellent customer service, honesty, guidance and dedication and she has built her network by nurturing relationships and through referrals.  

Abby thoroughly qualifies her candidates for appropriate roles, meeting with them and checking their references before progressing them to interviews. In so doing, she builds an accurate personal and professional profile, cross-referencing their soft skills and cultural fit with her clients’ needs. It is imperative to her that she is placing the right candidate in the right role.

Abby will communicate constantly throughout the process with the candidate and all parties to provide feedback and advice. She will manage the entire interview process on behalf of her clients’ as it’s her ultimate goal that both her candidate and her client enjoy a positive experience and maintain a good impression of both herself and Aerotek. 

Prior to joining Aerotek, Abby loved her time as a Team Leader with TUI Travel in Europe before settling in London.

Navid Gholampour joined Aerotek’s Life Sciences division as Senior Consultant from TEKsystems and comes with five years’ experience in the recruitment industry. He specialises in placing contractors in the life sciences with a special focus on regulatory affairs. 

Navid’s clients include the Vice Presidents and Heads of Departments at pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research organisations. He takes the time to understand their cultural and team fit requirements before contacting relevant contract professionals. 

Navid builds excellent relationships with his contractors and is always on hand to assist in any way he can to facilitate an exceptional experience with Aerotek. He also always ensures he is placing the ideal candidate in the right position.

Navid holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Management and is a recipient of the Allegis Group Purpose Award for going above and beyond for his clients and contractors.

Billy Hayes is a Senior Consultant within Aerotek’s Life Sciences division, specialising in placing permanent positions within Regulatory Affairs and Medical Writing. 

Billy is accomplished at understanding the needs of his clients, streamlining processes and following through on commitments. Because of these qualities, his clients can rest assured knowing that they are only interviewing the most appropriate candidates for their recruitment needs. This attitude to the recruitment process has resulted in high levels of client satisfaction, the maintenance of an excellent client portfolio and consistent, long-term relationships.

Billy applies the same levels of respect to his relationships with his candidates. He takes the time to fully understand their long-term career goals and endeavours to help them achieve their ambitions.

Billy’s team focuses on hard-to-place requirements, thereby proving their drive to deliver on their commitments to both client and candidate. 

Billy holds a Bachelor of Art in Creative Writing and English from Edge Hill University.

Eddie Suich is the Director of Strategic Accounts within Aerotek’s Life Sciences division and is responsible for managing the Client Strategy programme across EMEA. 

Eddie first joined Allegis Group EMEA as a recruiter with TEKsystems in 2011. He quickly progressed his career within the business and was promoted to Senior Consultant where he strengthened his experience leading a team of six people. 

Because Eddie has always been motivated by business development and feels his strengths are best aligned to providing an exceptional service to our customers, he moved into the TEKsystems’ UK Client Strategy team in 2014.

Based on his continued success, Eddie then took the opportunity to move to Aerotek as the new EMEA Director of Strategic Accounts in January 2017. 

Today, he is responsible for Aerotek’s Client Strategy across Europe – developing key senior client relationships, supporting the negotiation of any terms and conditions and upskilling the sales team on their approach to business development. 

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Sheffield. In his spare time he is a keen footballer and holds an Arsenal season ticket which provides more despair than joy!
