Job Summary

A mid-sized company in Philadelphia is looking for Customer Service Representative to support their growing team! Please see the requirement below!

Required Experience:
  • 6+ months of Customer Service experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency is required; college degree is preferred
  • Typing Test is required (Must score above 35wpm)

Responsibilities include:
  • There are roughly 70-90 inbound calls during a given shift (ALL INBOUND CALLS)
  • Ensure accurate trip data input
  • Obtain and document details of any complaints being filed
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution
  • Maintain a polite and courteous manner at all times
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance and tardiness record
  • Promote a positive working environment
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
