Job Summary

The daily job duties will vary depending upon what stage they are at in a projects life cycle, but the 2 main cycles are Production & Corrective Action.

During Production there will be a lot of desk work, data analysis, writing protocols, test plans, and work instructions. During Corrective Action there will be a lot of customer interfacing and facilitating between internal departments.

Key aspects of role:
* 75% of the QE's time is spent on qualification activities:
* Writing Validation Master Plans
* Creating protocols
* Creating pFMEA
* Creating Control Plans
* Interacting with metrology and/or outside labs to coordinate the creation of inspection processes for new products
* Analyzing data to ensure customer and internal requirements are met
* Compiling data and writing qualification reports
* Qualifications include:
* IQ/OQ/PQ activities
* Molds/parts
* Equipment
* Automation
* Working directly with customers and internal members of project teams

* 25% of the QE's time is spent on Systemic activities:
* Complaint Handling
* Corrective and Preventive Actions
* Documentation
* Root Cause Analysis
* Problem solving
* Working within FlexQ system
* Customer Complaints
* Audits
* Document creation in support of new projects
* Quality Plans
* Operator Work Instructions
