Duties include answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.

Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Requires a combination of good customer service skills, understanding of benefits and problem solving skills.


Monday to Friday : 6 am to 6 pm. (8 hours)

Rotational Saturday's: 6 am to 3:30 pm.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Computer Knowledge.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
