Chris Hines

Chris Hines serves as regional vice president for Aerotek’s Southeast region. With more than 20 years of experience, Chris oversees operations, sales and strategic growth across offices in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Chris began his Aerotek career in 2005 as a recruiter specializing in engineering, environmental and construction roles. Within a year, Chris transitioned into sales and quickly advanced through multiple sales positions. He was later promoted to director of business operations, relocating to Memphis to lead Aerotek’s operations in Tennessee and Arkansas. In 2020, Chris moved again to assume the role of director of market operations for the southern Virginia market.

Throughout his career, Chris has earned a reputation for building and developing high-performing teams and has received numerous internal leadership and performance awards.

Chris is a graduate of McDaniel College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology.
