Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Aerotek, we believe that an inclusive work environment empowers our people to achieve both their personal and professional aspirations. By putting people first, we set a foundation that drives employee engagement and improves performance.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are at the forefront of our core values. We are committed to creating access and opportunity for high-potential diverse talent. In partnership with our corporate DEI program leaders, our Executive DEI Council creates and implements enterprise-wide initiatives that support inclusion throughout our organization.

Building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace starts with education and understanding. We’re committed to training every Aerotek employee on what they can do to improve our culture. Investing in our people creates more inclusive leaders and employees at every level within the organization.

The road toward a more inclusive work culture isn’t one we’re traveling alone. We’re constantly seeking feedback from our employees and partners to better evaluate our diversity efforts.

Leadership in Action

CEO Action

Our President Tom Kelly is proud to be a part of CEO Action, the largest CEO-driven commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Together with over a thousand CEOs across various industries, Tom has pledged to take collective action on diversity and inclusion to support our employees and society.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Aerotek’s ERGs are voluntary, employee-led workgroups that serve as a resource for members and the organization. ERGs, led by Aerotek employees across positions, demographics and locations, advocate for underrepresented employee communities including Women, Veterans, First Responders and Spouses, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous Persons of Color). ERGs provide members the opportunity to build relationships across the organization, while addressing specific business challenges and opportunities. The business problems solved by ERGs create a legacy for a more inclusive work environment.
