Estelle Izuno

Estelle Izuno is the regional vice president for Aerotek’s Central region, where she leads sales and delivery strategies to serve customers across Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming.

Estelle began a career with Allegis Group in 1993 as a recruiter in Los Angeles, California. Over the past 30 years, Estelle has held multiple leadership roles, consistently driving growth and fostering high-performing teams.

Previously, Estelle served as vice president of people for Aerotek’s sister company, Actalent. In that role, Estelle focused on attracting, retaining and developing talent, setting strategic direction and ensuring operational practices that strengthened Actalent’s care and engagement model.

Estelle is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is a frequent guest speaker and a recognized thought leader on topics including leadership development as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.
