Jason DeKoster

As vice president of strategic recruitment for Aerotek, Jason DeKoster leads the company’s efforts to transform and enhance its national recruiting capabilities.

Jason began his career with Allegis Group in 2007 as a recruiter in Greenville, SC. Since then, he has advanced to various leadership positions spanning strategic operations, organizational development, learning & development and marketing.

Jason, a seasoned leader, has been instrumental in empowering recruiters, creating new business opportunities and driving improved client outcomes. Jason also spearheaded the adoption of AI and automation tools, streamlining the recruitment process to enhance overall efficiency and employee retention.

Throughout his career, Jason has focused on creating and enhancing organizational capabilities, developing the next generation of leaders and creating long-term career opportunities for recruiting professionals. Passionate about developing others, Jason’s mentorship extends beyond the workplace. He volunteers as a coach for his children’s sports teams.
