Stacey Jenkins

As chief financial officer of Aerotek, Stacey oversees the financial performance and strategic growth for the company.

An innovative and strategic leader with more than 25 years of diverse industry experience, Stacey has held key operational and corporate leadership roles since joining Allegis Group in 1998. She spent 15 years overseeing financial strategy and performance for Aerotek. Later, as vice president of strategic delivery, Stacey led Aerotek’s centralized delivery operations and developed innovative solutions to help customers meet complex human capital challenges. She was promoted to chief financial officer at Aerotek in 2020.

Stacey now oversees the financial strategy and performance and strategic planning for Actalent. She works closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency across business units and manages teams that develop and implement processes to drive productivity and performance.

Passionate about developing others, Stacey mentors emerging leaders and serves on the executive committee and board of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. Recognized three times on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list, Stacey is celebrated for her people-first approach and commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams.
