Vinay Nayak

Vinay Nayak serves as senior vice president of Strategic Sales and Operations at Aerotek, where he leads business development, oversees strategic initiatives and services for the company’s largest national accounts and drives business globally while advancing Aerotek’s strategic vision.

A seasoned staffing executive with more than twenty-five years of experience, Vinay began his career at Aerotek as a recruiter in 1998. Over the years, he advanced through multiple leadership positions, including vice president of Strategic Account Solutions and regional vice president of the Northeast region at Aerotek. His strong leadership and business acumen led to his appointment as vice president of Strategic Sales and Operations in 2017.

In 2021, Vinay joined Allegis Group’s MarketSource, as vice president, where he directed strategy, delivery and technology innovation for the retail division.

Vinay earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
