The list is compiled from independent surveys of more than 30,000 American workers. Respondents were asked, anonymously, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they were to recommend their employer to someone else and how they felt about other employers in their industry. Aerotek ranked No. 10 within the Business Services & Supplies category, and No. 300 overall.
