Hanover, Md. (May 20, 2025)Aerotek, a leading provider of workplace solutions for manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities and maintenance, announced 
its partnership with the Manufacturing Institute’s initiative, Heroes MAKE America, which provides meaningful career opportunities in the manufacturing industry for the military-connected community. 

Through this partnership with the Manufacturing Institute, Aerotek will support Heroes MAKE America in empowering service members by providing them with the essential tools and resources needed to succeed in the manufacturing sector. Initiated at the end of 2024, this partnership supports transitioning service members, veterans, National Guard members, reservists and their families.

Heroes MAKE America, one of the Manufacturing Institute’s signature initiatives, has offered integrated certification and career-readiness training in collaboration with local community colleges since 2018. This comprehensive training equips participants with the necessary skills and certifications to thrive in the industry.
