To help our customer meet all warranty obligations, the Aerotek Services team worked with them and their clients to determine the most effective approach for fulfilling replacement expectations. Aerotek Services then identified and deployed local technician teams nationwide through our Strategic Recruiting Centers (SRCs), effectively supplementing our customer's limited field staff and ensuring coverage across numerous sites.
Aerotek Services was also required to ensure that all technicians earned scissor lift certifications to meet strict data center safety standards. This certification process was conducted through Aerotek's Services Delivery Enablement (SDE) team in partnership with a leading equipment rental company, guarnateeing compliance and site readiness.
Experienced team leads, including high performers previously employed by Aerotek, were assigned to maintain quality and consistency in execution. Aerotek Services set a clear weekly target of 50 motor replacements at each site and closely managed daily outputs through on-site representation, meeting contractual obligations. Furthermore, Aerotek Services managed and planned all travel logistics across locations, efficiently organizing site-to-site transitions to maintain project momentum and minimize downtime. As the project expanded from three to eight sites, Aerotek Services continuously improved onboarding processes and site protocols, enabling seamless execution and rapid mobilization.
