Aerotek aims to invest in the communities it serves by establishing partnerships that help empower people to achieve both their personal and professional aspirations. SkillsUSA and Aerotek's "Make Your Mark" scholarships provide financial assistance for those pursuing continued skills education. The scholarship program aims to achieve Aerotek and SkillsUSA’s shared strategic goal to expand the future generation of skilled workers. Starting in 2023, the "Make Your Mark" scholarship program began awarding scholarships of up to $5,000 each to SkillsUSA members in the following pathways: Construction; Manufacturing; Transportation; Distribution and Logistics; Telecommunications Cabling; Electronics Technology; and Industrial Engineering Technology.
