Machinist Job Description
A machinist plays a critical role in manufacturing and production by operating precision machinery to create, modify and repair metal and other components used in a variety of industries. They work with specialized equipment and technical drawings to produce parts that meet exact specifications and quality standards. Their responsibilities include:
- Setting up, operating and adjusting manual and CNC machines to manufacture precision parts
